Share |

July 25, 2013
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Have you done an internal risk assessment of your unclaimed property exposure and identified property for multiple jurisdictions? Have you entered into the Delaware Voluntary Disclosure Agreement (VDA) program and identified property for other jurisdictions? What about other jurisdictions such as New York, Texas, Florida and Illinois, to name a few, that also have voluntary compliance programs available to holders? During this webinar, Janea Matchett and Jim Weigand will provide attendees with important information for a number of jurisdictions, including:

  • When does it make sense to enter into a VDA and if so, application guidelines
  • Look back periods (i.e., 10 years + dormancy) and/or the need for estimations
  • Special Requirements / Reporting Requirements / Due Dates
  • Suggested Practices
