Per the authority of the UPPO Board of Directors in November of 2007, any individual, agent, representative, consultant, partnership, corporation, and other groups or legal entities whose purpose is to act on behalf of a state or governmental jurisdiction, for purposes of performing unclaimed property audits, reviews, examinations, or other compliance related procedures is precluded from attending any UPPO events. Ms. Simmons, co-presenter, will be the sole auditor present during the webinar.

Due to the anonymous nature of all webinars presented by UPPO, attendee names participating in the webinar will be visible only to UPPO staff. Questions will be presented by UPPO staff to the eLearning committee member facilitators anonymously. Webinar attendee lists will not be available to presenters at any point in time.

Learning Objective: Understanding the intricacies of the expectations of all parties during the third party audit process. This webinar also provides an overview of the audit process with regards to the specific nuances of confidentiality and rights of all parties.
